Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between RİNN, AZCON Holding and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, AZCON Holding, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The Memorandum was signed by Samaddin Asadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport; Shahin Babayev, Executive Director of AZCON Holding; and Gabriela Popescu, Regional General Manager at Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
The Memorandum provides a framework for exploring potential areas of cooperation between the parties.
It establishes a general framework for future collaboration, while the terms and conditions of specific projects are to be agreed upon by the parties at a subsequent stage.
