AZCON Holding’s initiatives in the field of human capital management have received international recognition
The Holding has been honored with four Gold and one Bronze award for its five submissions in the Human Capital Management category of the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® Program, which brings together leading global organizations such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, Intel, bp, EY, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, and the World Bank.
As a result, AZCON Holding ranked 47th overall among 1,050 participating companies from 48 countries and 1st among Azerbaijani companies.
The recognized initiatives include “AZCON Corporate Academy,” “Performance with Purpose: Approach to Excellence,” “People First: AZCON’s Well-Being Initiative,” “The A4 HC: Architecture for Automated, Aligned Analytics,” and “Digital Bridge Internship Program.”
